Mixed Level Ballet
This class is for Teens and Adults who have a basic understanding of ballet barre exercises, vocabulary and musicality. As it is a mixed level class, modifications will be given as needed. Though the process, we will develop composition, musicality and embodied alignment.

DanceLab/Beginning Ballet
Awareness is key! This class is for all who would like to take a deeper dive into discovering practiced patterns and tools for change. We will discover ease of movement through experiential anatomy, coupled with the use of imagery resulting in freedom of movement in ballet technique. We will be using various methods to facilitate learning, including the Franklin Method and Pilates.
10:00-11:30 a.m. Thursday
We will start with a full body warm up, proceed with technique, then conclude with the learning movements for Seviallanas and/or Rhumba.

Continue on for this 30-minute add-on to learn additional skills including Zapateado, flamenco tapping.
Beginning/Intermediate
7:00-8:00 p.m. Monday
Learn the fundamentals of ballet in an all male setting. This beginning/intermediate class is perfect for young men and boys to discover their love for ballet and movement, while challenging their balance, coordination and strength.
Private training is a wonderful way to begin or compliment your current training, as it provides personalized information necessary for progression. Our staff will choreograph a unique session based on the needs and personal goals of the client. All sessions are 1 hour in duration.
