Who is TRIBE?
TRIBE is a team of talented and passionate instructors from Chicago who will help broaden the creative voice and artistic growth within multiple dance styles. Those dancers looking for an extra push will expand their toolkit, broaden vocabulary, improvisational tools, and self confidence in the creation process.

In the words of Pablo Picasso, “It begins with an idea, and then it becomes something else.” The genesis of any body of work has to start somewhere. But once the choreographer establishes the idea, then what? How is that idea translated through dance? This was the springboard for Creator Lab. By keeping the framework simple, Kristin D’Addario, Artistic Director, developed this workshop using the four basic elements of dance to mentor the choreographic process through intentional creation. The lab is designed to support the young creative from the original inspiration all the way to realization in performance. We are designed to be creative – it’s a matter of discovering the tools and then simply getting curious!
