In furtherance and support of our mission we are committed to providing the following programs and services:
Outreach in Schools
- Develop partnerships with schools in need as well as those in our community, providing quality arts education and outreach programs
- Provide children with less privileged backgrounds the opportunity to explore the possibilities of dance through scholarship programs
- Provide an annual dance-in-schools program through Leaps and Bounds
Outreach in the Community
- Foster the love of dance in the community through demonstrations and arts education
- Serve the community by inviting the underserved, youth groups and the elderly to free and/or discounted performances
We look forward to the Nutcracker performance every year! I am so thankful for the opportunity to expose my family to the arts at such a young age. I started bringing my son at age 5 and he really enjoyed watching the story unfold through ballet and music as we had only read the story before. It is a great environment, specifically geared for children to attend, although as an adult I enjoy the experience equally as much. The dancers are fantastic and clearly put in a great deal of time, energy and effort to make sure the performance is enjoyed by all who attend. This is a highlight of our Christmas season that we look forward to each year! I encourage you to make the most of this incredible opportunity!

Quality Performances
- Produce exciting high-quality and innovative performances which give dedicated young dancers the opportunity to perform at a pre-professional level, thereby furthering their technical and artistic skills
- Provide an annual season of productions: Nutcracker, Spring Show and Beyond
Artist Enrichment & Development
- Develop Mentoring and Leadership opportunities for young dancers through the Jr Guild
- Develop a Semi-Professional Company to promote outstanding creativity and artistic excellence, which is accessible to broad and growing local and national audiences
- Develop individual expression in young artists by providing opportunities to create, choreograph, and produce individual works to be presented at Beyond
- Provide opportunities for young artists who demonstrate exceptional talent for choreography through the Emerging Choreographer Program
- Provide additional opportunities to expand the horizons of dance professionals, students, and staff
Collaboration & Community Involvement
- Develop collaboration with other arts organizations to broaden the reach and exposure of the arts in the surrounding communities
- Develop relationships that will support community involvement
